On June 12, 2023, representatives of the University met with representatives of the CPW-UAW Union for their tenth bargaining session.
The parties discussed extensively the Union’s proposal on Copyright and Intellectual Property and revised proposals presented by the Union on Professional Development and Abusive or Intimidating Behavior.
The University reiterated that it presented a Comprehensive Offer of Settlement at the last session for the Union’s consideration as a framework for discussions to reach a successor contract prior to expiration.
The parties are scheduled to meet again on June 14, 2023.
