ARSs and Postdocs are governed by, subject to, and have rights under the University’s Misconduct in Research policies, as may be amended from time to time. Complaints regarding research and integrity shall be processed solely in accordance with University policies and related procedures, as may be amended from time to time. Any form of retaliation against an Employee who asserts rights under the policies in good faith is prohibited. The Union-Management Committee may discuss the topic of how to address authorship disputes.
