Full-time ARSs and Postdoctoral Research Scientists/Scholars shall earn two days of vacation for each month of appointment, up to 23 days, during their first 20 years of service and thereafter two-and-one-third days, for up to 28 days. Vacation time may not be accumulated beyond June 30 of the year following the one in which it was earned. Vacation will not be paid out except upon termination of appointment.
Postdoctoral Research Fellows are entitled to the same rights to vacations unless the provisions of the granting agency specify otherwise.
