Bargaining Session 15

The University and Union are continuing to negotiate a successor agreement to the contract that expired on June 30, 2023. The University is legally obligated to negotiate and agree with the Union regarding pay increases.  The University cannot implement increases until we have a new agreement or negotiations have reached impasse.  Unfortunately, the Union is not available to resume negotiations until July 31.  The University looks forward to reaching a mutually advantageous agreement as soon as possible.
